Police Case: I have never asked Nanaba to insult anyone or defraud for me

Ghanaian socialite, Afia Schwarzenegger, has clarified that she has no involvement in the arrest of popular TikToker Nanaba over fraudulent activities.

She explained that despite Nanaba having her name tattooed on his hand, she has no personal relationship with him, contrary to public perception.

“If I cared about Nanaba, I would have responded when they called me on Sunday. Before he tattooed my name on his hand, I didn’t know him and had never spoken to him. I wouldn’t advise anyone to get a tattoo,” she said in Twi during a TikTok live session.

Schwarzenegger also emphasised that she never instructed Nanaba to insult or defraud anyone, and that he acted on his own.

“I have not asked anyone to fight for me. I doubt my name was mentioned in the police case. I am not involved in Nanaba’s conflict with the lady. May I have an accident if I am involved in his fraud allegations,” she clarified.

About the police arrest:

Dr. Sophia Asi Ocansey, CEO of the S.O. Herbal Centre, revealed the reasons behind Nanaba’s arrest by the police.

She stated that she initiated the arrest due to fraudulent activities Nanaba was accused of by several individuals.

Dr. Sophia also expressed her frustration over the false accusations Nanaba made against her, including insulting her on social media and accusing her of using her hospital for ritual killings.

“He defrauded people of large sums of money, some amounts were $10,000 and others $900,000. The victims should reward me because I put in a lot of effort to get him arrested.

“Nanaba has apologized to me multiple times, but I always wonder why he continues to criticize me on TikTok, including making derogatory comments about my private parts and accusing me of using my hospital for rituals,” she said in a video shared by GhPage TV on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Nanaba has yet to publicly address the arrest and the circumstances surrounding it.
