Police have published new pictures of a man they would like to in connection with reports of a rape on Brighton beach.
The investigation follows reports a woman was raped on the beach near Kings Road Arches in the early hours of September 10.
The CCTV images which were released by Sussex Police show a man wearing a Trapstar t-shirt and a cap.
Sussex Police have now stepped up patrols along Brighton’s seafront while urging anyone who recognises the individual to help identify him.
The force said they are interested to hear from anyone with information about the incident that happened between 2am and 5:30am on Sunday September 10.

Sussex Police said the victim is now being supported by specially trained officers following the Brighton beach attack.
The photos appear to show a dark-haired man wearing a dark blue NY cap and a dark blue Trapstar t-shirt.
Police are hoping those who recognise him will offer information or that the suspect will turn himself in.
Detective Chief Inspector Luke Kyriakides-Yeldham said ‘We are keen to hear from anyone who recognises the man or has any information about the incident.
‘The victim is being supported by specially trained officers.
‘We are stepping up patrols along the seafront and we are working with partners which include night safety patrols, the beach patrol, taxi marshals and Safe Space.’
