A Nigerian man has found himself at the center of a viral online storm after publicly accusing his wife of extorting money from him during her regular market trips.

According to the man, he routinely provides his wife with the substantial sum of 50,000 Naira for her market purchases, but he claims that the resulting haul never fills more than a single Bagco bag.
Suspicious of his wife’s shopping habits, the husband decided to take matters into his own hands by accompanying her to the market, determined to uncover the truth.
In the video, the husband is seen passionately expressing his belief that his wife has been pocketing a portion of the money he provides, rather than using it to purchase the necessary food items.
As the video progresses, he discovers that items and foodstuffs are indeed quite pricey at the market and has to cut short his shopping, leaving his wife alone.
