A man, a woman and a dog have been killed following a horror crash involving a BMW SUV in Kent, police have confirmed.
The two pedestrians, in their 60s, were walking their dog on Thurnham Lane, in Bearsted, Maidstone, when they were fatally struck by a black BMW X5 on Saturday, at around 1.40pm.
Emergency services scrambled to the scene where both pedestrians, and the dog, were pronounced dead.
Kent police are urging witnesses, or anyone who has any other information or dashcam footage prior to, or at the time of the crash, is urged to call the force’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
