Ghana’s leading real estate firm, Lakeside Estate has launched the Lakeside Marina Water Park, a recreational park that will improve the quality of life of residents and visitors as well as create lasting memories.

Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Prince-Joseph Ayiku said Lakeside Estate began as part of its vision to create a community where families could find not just homes, but a lifestyle—one that offers tranquility, security, and a strong sense of belonging.
Over the years, he said Lakeside Estate has worked assiduously to bring this vision to life, and “today marks another significant milestone in our journey as a real estate company”.

He indicated that his outfit has trained a team to the highest standards, from park attendants, ticket office, personnel at every attraction to strengthen the safety of the park.
This is well aligned with measures that have been put in place to ensure that its guests enjoy their day with complete peace of mind, noting “We are committed to providing not just fun but a safe and secure environment as well”.
