Kyle Walker will be probed by police after he appeared to repeatedly expose himself on a drunken afternoon where he was also seen touching the breasts of a woman who is not his wife.
The £150,000-a-week England star was seen pulling down his trousers in a Cheshire bar, believed to be Vodka Revolution in Wilmslow, during 90 minutes of alleged lewd behaviour on Sunday.
Cheshire Police has today confirmed that officers are carrying out enquiries – but MailOnline understands that Manchester City believe Walker has not broken any club rules and deem it a private matter. Kyle is training as usual before the Premier League champions travel to face Crystal Palace in London on Saturday.
A police spokesman said: ‘On Wednesday 8 March, Cheshire police were made aware of a video circulating on social media in relation to an indecent exposure which allegedly occurred in the Wilmslow area.
‘Enquiries in relation to the incident are in the early stages and no arrests have been made at this time.’
Mr Walker is married to Annie Kilner, 30, and the couple have three children together. The Sun reports that the woman he appears to touch on the breasts and kiss is not his wife because the woman in the CCTV is blonde and Ms Kilner has brown hair.

The footage emerged today, International Women’s Day, and has sparked anger from Women’s Aid. Teresa Parker, from the women’s rights group, said: ‘Whether done to shock, for a so-called laugh, or to intimidate, for those affected by indecent exposure there can be long-term effects, upset and trauma.
‘It can give the person exposing themselves a sense of power in the situation. And if there are no repercussions, it possibly gives them the confidence to see what they can get away with next time.’
MailOnline has asked Manchester City, Mr Walker’s agent and Greater Manchester Police to comment.
The Sun last night published footage of the incidents and said that police could investigate.
The Manchester City defender, 32, appears to grind behind the woman, who was not his wife Annie Kilner, 30, while at the Manchester venue, which he arrived at with male friends at 5.20pm on Sunday after they had some drinks.
Don a night out were reportedly shocked by the horrific behaviour which went on for around 90 minutes until 7pm.
And Kyle Walker may face a police probe after he was reportedly caught on camera exposing himself at the bar.

The drunken footballer appeared to drop his tracksuit bottoms and revealing himself near drinkers in the bar in footage seen by the Sun.
In response, one of the two women in his group screamed and pointed as Walker laughed with a friend.
The England and Man City football star then appears to expose himself again after just a few minutes – and only a few feet away from two other women sitting in a booth at the bar, according to the Sun’s report.
He is then said to have walked over to shake their hands and say hello.
More video of the night seems to show him ‘pawing’ at one of his female friends’ breasts and kissing her. His wife was not in any of the footage seen by the Sun.

The footballer – who earns £150,000 per week – was noticeably drunk when he turned up at the Manchester bar with two blonde women and male friends at around 5.20pm on Sunday in a minibus run by the firm that Man City use.
Walker was wearing a puffer jacket and a cap and reportedly appeared unsteady on his feet as he staggered to the entrance of the bar with one of the women. He appeared to then paw at her breasts from behind.
He spent around an hour and a half drinking and dancing with his friends before leaving in the minibus just before 7pm.
But Walker was then called back to the bar to pay the £250 tab. When he arrived a barman reportedly was there with a card machine as the footballer clumsily handled his wallet.
While Walker could say the flashing was a joke police may wish to probe him for indecent exposure, which can land offenders a maximum two-year prison sentence.

A source told the Sun that the video was ‘really disturbing’ and ‘deeply concerning’.
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 says that indecent exposure is when a person intentionally exposes their genitals – and that they intend for it to be seen which could cause alarm or distress.
The common law offence of outraging public decency is committed when a person does a ‘lewd, obscene or disgusting’ act while at least two members of the public are present.
Walker had previously been dumped by ex-glamour Annie after an alleged string of romps with reality TV star, Laura Brown, 30 – but they got back together in 2019.
But he was dumped again in 2020 after model Lauryn Goodman said that she was pregnant with his child.
Walker moved into a flat after he was caught breaking Covid lockdown rules in 2020 to host a four-hour sex party with two escorts.
But Annie forgave him after he proposed to her in June of that year with a £250,000 ring.
