Kotoko considering loan offer from Berekum Chelsea for this under-performing striker — Ghana Sports Online

Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko are considering accepting a loan proposal from Berekum Chelsea for striker Samuel Boateng, according to reports from Kumasi.

Boateng, 25, has failed to find the back of the net this season for Seydou Zerbo’s side and the situation is compelling the Porcupine Warriors to consider farming him out to the Blues.

Kotoko signed Boateng from lower-tier side Future Stars Academy in September 2021 and he managed 4 goals in 24 league games on his debut season for the club.

However, competition for playing time has been keen for the forward and Kotoko believe he would be exposed to more opportunities at Chelsea and will consider the offer.
