Dog the Bounty Hunter is drawing backlash after launching into a tirade slamming LGBT children and Pride Month, and suggesting gay people ‘need to be saved’.
Dog, 70, made the remarks in an interview on Tuesday with Christian ministry founder Sharell Barrera, leading celebrity news outlets TMZ and Page Six to brand the diatribe a ‘homophobic rant’.
‘Jesus was not a sissy,’ proclaimed reality star Dog, whose real name is Duane Chapman, as he spoke alongside his wife, Francie Frane.
