Jackass star Bam Margera ‘beat his brother in the head and threatened to kill his entire family’

As a manhunt continues in Pennsylvania for Jackass star Brandon ‘Bam’ Margera, it has been revealed that the target of the troubled star’s disturbing assault was his own brother.

Pennsylvania State Police officials told TMZ troopers responded to a reported disturbance at around 11am Sunday morning near Margera’s $1.1million Pocopson Township castle, where an alleged victim said they got into a physical altercation with the 43-year-old pro-skater and suffered minor injuries as a result.

But when police arrived on the scene, Margera had already fled into a nearby wooded area and has not yet been located.

According to a police report, Margera began to bang on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8 a.m. Sunday, leaving a disturbing note in his wake.

The note read: ‘If you even f***ing think of calling the police on me I will officially f*** you up.’

Jesse said he then went downstairs to find Bam peeing into the kitchen sink, at which point a fight allegedly broke out.

Jesse – best known as the drummer for the rock band CKY – said that he found the note and walk downstairs to discover Bam urinating into a kitchen sink, which led to a fight breaking out.

Bam allegedly began to beat Jesse, striking him multiple times on his head, which Jesse showing multiple visible injuries.

Jesse claims that after the fight, Bam continued his rage, saying: ‘I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head.’

Bam also allegedly said he’d kill everyone else in the home, including the Margera brothers’ father Phil and two unidentified women. Bam then fled into the woods behind the house.

A warrant is now out for Margera’s arrest, charging him with four misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final court of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact.

The charges come just weeks after Margera was arrested in California for a public intoxication after he got into a shouting match with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.

In video of that confrontation filmed by the comedian Evan Breen, the former pro skateboarder could be seen going back into the restaurant and then out of it again after police had arrived.

At an officer’s request, Margera sat down on the ground in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer couldn’t be heard, he could be seen waving his arms about and gesticulated wildly.

Police said they responded Sunday morning to a call about an assault near Margera’s $1.1million castle (pictured)

Following the altercation, Margera allegedly fled into the nearby woods and has not yet been located

The arrest may have been preceded by some kind of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd and their five-year-old child Phoenix were both in the restaurant, according to a witness on the scene.

However, police didn’t clarify if he was arguing with his ex, or if it was another woman.

The sources added that Margera would be forced to pay $500 to be released early on bail, unless he opts to stay behind bars until sobering up.

Earlier that month, Margera was also arrested on domestic violence charges after police in California responded to his home in Escondido, where a woman claimed he kicked her.

The alleged victim was not named, but she was reportedly Margera’s girlfriend, Jessica, and not his ex. It is unclear whether the she is the victim in the most recent case.

Margera was ultimately released on a $50,000 bail, though the local District Attorney said charges would not be filed against him.

Boyd is now looking into filing for legal protection against him in order to protect herself and their five-year-old son Phoenix

In the aftermath, sources told TMZ that his estranged wife, Nikki Margera, is looking into filing for legal protection against him in order to protect herself and their five-year-old son Phoenix.

She had told the site that the incident ‘was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix,’ adding that it was a shame as ‘the visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well.’

Nikki claimed her famous husband had arrived at the restaurant intoxicated and belligerent as she explained: ‘This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back.’

Her attorney David Glass told TMZ that they had been trying to work with Bam on setting up regular visitation for their child but it is contingent on him staying sober and treating Nikki with respect — something they say Margera has refused to do.

Boyd had filed for divorce from Margera in February of this year after claiming that he was not sober during a visit with his son.

She has requested legal and physical custody of Pheonix, though she says Margera should still be allowed to have supervised visits with his son in the Los Angeles area.

Separately, the Viva La Bam star is being sued for threatening to use brass knuckles on a neighbor.

Daniel Cardenas, 28, claimed the Viva La Bam prankster wanted him to stop having ‘very loud sex’ because Margera’s girlfriend, Jessica, and her 8-year-old daughter could hear them.

He said Jessica and her daughter were staying with him while Margera was in jail.

‘All I can figure is Jessica told Bam about the loud sex which her daughter overheard and this is why he was so upset, although it of course gives him no right to attack me, threaten my life, or kick me out of a home he has no rights to,’ Cardenas said.

He added that Bam told him the girl ‘will have PTSD’ for the rest of her life.’

A California judge granted a temporary restraining order for Cardenas. Margera must stay 100 yards away from both him and his home.

Anyone with information about Margera’s whereabouts is now being asked to call (610) 268 – 2022.
