Actor and director, Fiifi Coleman has complained about the state of the National Theatre.
He recounted the struggles he endured when he organized his recent play there when speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM which was monitored by Zionfelix.net.
Fiifi said he bought mosquito repellent to spray the venue before his guests were able to enter.
Even talkbacks to help the production team was a problem—as he has to use his phone to communicate with them.
Fiifi also revealed that he rented his own lights and sound, with the latter costing almost GHS 7,000.
On the conversation about building a new theatre, he stated what we have should be fixed first.
