A severed human leg was found sticking out of a red recycling bin in a TD Bank parking lot in Queens on Wednesday night.
The NYPD were called to 164th Street and Union Turnpike in Hillcrest around 6.30pm after someone discovered the butchered remains.
Dailymail.com reached out to police and have confirmed that as of right now only the limb was discovered, not an entire body.
