She emerged as the Best Graduating Student in the history of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife after coveting 9 awards and 10 distinctions in Medicine.
Early Life and Education
Dr Joy Oyinlola Adesina is hails from Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State where she was born.
She had her primary and secondary education in Ijebu North, Ogun State before she furthered to Obafemi Awolowo University where she graduated with a degree.
She was gifted a bungalow, a 5million Naira cash award, and a free scholarship for her residency programme at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, OOUTH by the Ogun State Government.
The governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun presented Dr Joy with a Letter of Allocation on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, stating that she has created a new record in the institution that is worthy of accolades.
