Fans can no longer keep calm about the potential hit song composed by Nigeria’s Fireboy DML and the English singer cum songwriter, Ed Sheeran. The two collaborated on Fireboy’s “Peru” remix following the enormous progress of the tune on the international music market.
Fireboy has taken to his social media page to share just a snippet of the song just for his fans to anticipate for the entire package which will be released on Friday 24th December 2021.
It would be vividly recalled that Ed Sheeran while speaking to John Elton stated that he has already been contacted for his verse on the remix version of the song. He stated that the song has already made hits in Ghana and Nigeria, adding that it is very addictive.
Already, in just four months, the music video for the original song, which was released on YouTube, has received over 8.3 million views. The song received over 6 million streams on Apple Music in August, and it has also received a lot of attention from other digital streaming services.
Well, Fireboy DML has taken to his IG page to share a snippet of the upcoming song just to tease his fans before the release of the song on Friday. In his caption, he revealed that both the song and music video will be released on Friday.
