    David Abagna scores to power Al-Hilal Omdurman to victory in CAF Champions League — Ghana Sports Online

    Former Real Tamale United midfielder David Abagna Sandan scored the opening goal for Sudanese giants Al-Hilal Omdurman when they defeated Cameroonian side Cotonsport in the CAF Champions League on Tuesday.

    The 24-year-old, who was playing his fourth game in the competition for the Omdurman-based side scored the opening goal of the game in the 41st minute.

    Abagna impressed in midfield as he played a key role in the victory – he was replaced on the 64th-minute mark by DR Congo international Fabrice Ngoma.

    The former RTU midfielder scored in the CAF Champions League

    Meanwhile, his Ghanaian compatriot, Imoro Ibrahim, started the game and played the entire period of the game for the victors.
