Conservative manifesto latest: Rishi Sunak cuts National Insurance and abolishes stamp duty in £17 BILLION tax giveaways – but Labour brand his pledges ‘Corbyn-style’ and a ‘recipe for chaos’

Rishi Sunak has unveiled a £17 billion tax bonanza as he cut National Insurance by a further 2p and abolished stamp duty for first-time buyers in a bid to rejuvenate his flagging campaign at Silverstone.

The Prime Minister also promised money for the NHS and defence and pledged to halve migration in his blueprint for the country. Labour has accused of Mr Sunak of ‘taking people for fools’ over the proposals which were likened to a Jeremy Corbyn-style manifesto.

The Conservatives became the second party to unveil election pledges following the Liberal Democrats on Monday with the Greens and Labour set to release their manifestoes later this week.
