Embattled Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has reacted to the annulment of his victory by a tribunal ruling. The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Osogbo on Friday, January 27 nullified the election of Ademola Adeleke as Osun governor. In a split document of two to one, the tribunal declared that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) did not comply substantially with the Constitution and the provisions of the Electoral Act.
