The Nigerian Police Force has arrested two young boys aged 12 and 14 for kidnapped of a 3-year-old in Potiskum, Yobe State. The state Public Relations Officer of the command said in a statement on Tuesday, October 5 that the assailants kidnapped the victim and only released him after collecting a sum of N50,000 ransom. A Nigerian man identified as Mr Martins Dickson from Okobe, Ahoada-West Local Government Area in Rivers State has been caught and flogged for stealing plantain.   According to a Facebook user, Martins until he was caught was a specialist in stealing plantain of residents. He, however, run out of luck when he was caught in the act of stealing plantain on Sunday, 3rd of October. It was gathered that Martins was fined after being lashed.
