Alan Jones’ new show CRASHES within minutes of its premiere – and his fans are convinced internet giants are trying to ‘censor’ him

The premiere of Alan Jones’ new online nightly program has crashed within the first few minutes, sparking outrage from online viewers.

The broadcaster’s new online show Alan Jones Direct To The People screened on Facebook and YouTube made its debut 8pm Monday night, attracting millions of viewers who tuned in.

But the live broadcast crashed within minutes due to technical glitches and ‘excessive demand’.

The outage sparked online outrage with fans convinced the internet giants are trying to ‘censor’ him.

‘Lost connection. Can’t access website. Hmm someone doing a cyber number on Alan,’ one viewer fumed.

Another added: ‘You said you would speak the truth so Facebook has stopped you.’

Jones has since announced on his Facebook page the livestream will be rescheduled to air two hours later at 10pm due to ‘excessive demand’.

Before the livestream cut out, Jones vowed to speak the truth, ‘regardless of how uncomfortable it may be’ and won’t be silenced by politicians.

‘We’ve become a nation of one idea. There’s no debate, you’re not allowed to have an alternative viewpoint from the one fed by establishment forces’ Jones said.

‘Politicians who never read a book in their lives are dictating to us and are trying to silence anyone who disagrees with them.’

‘Well, they won’t silence you or me. The youse and me of this world actually vote.’

Guests on his inaugural program include NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet and Queensland federal Senator Matthew Canavan.
