Abdularasheed Maina joined the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT) and was chairman from 2010 to 2013.
After his regime as PRTT chairman, he was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in 2015 for fraud alongside a former Head of Service, Steve Oronsaye, Osarenkhoe Afe, and Fredrick Hamilton.
He was declared wanted after an arrest warrant was issued by the Nigerian Senate.
